History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine beside it. The loop was simple: many creators, one cost number, losers killed early. I would run the same loop on Boody's bamboo intimates. I have not run this category before, so the claims sheet and the category rules come first, and I would lean on your team for fit and sizing questions.

Why now

  • 10127

    Reviews on one product

Full Briefs - BCAM Print carries 10127 reviews at 4.8. Creators start from a product people already rate, not from a cold launch.

    Published
  • 10%

    The Komen campaign

From October 6, 2026 to October 31, 2026, Boody donates 10% of the retail sales price of specially marked products, guaranteed minimum $2,500. BCAM print content can be ready before it starts.

    Published
  • 15%

A first-order offer to point at

New customers get 15% off the first order and a 30-day Comfort Guarantee*. A creator video has a concrete offer to end on.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Every video is judged on cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. The simulator starts at $5.74 and shows what would have to be true to close the gap.

  2. One variable per test

Same product, same claim, only the hook changes. Ten creators at seven videos a week make 303 videos a month, enough to learn what works from Full Briefs to the Wireless T-Shirt Bra.

  3. Losers killed early

Hooks that stall are retired within the first week. A video that passes 100,000 views organically goes into the hook library and, with your approval, on to paid.

  4. One workspace, no email

Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports live in one shared workspace, so no creator waits on an inbox. The thread below shows how a week reads.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. NoraMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Full Briefs in the BCAM print at $19.00. One hook per video, show the waistband, use only lines from the claims sheet. Drafts in #drafts by Thursday.

  2. MarisolTue 11:05 AM

Can I say the back seam stops chafing?

No. Use the sheet line: "Stitched seam at the back gusset reduces friction for a smoother, more comfortable feel." Nothing stronger than that.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report is up: cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, hooks ranked, two losers retired. Details in #weekly-report.

  4. NoraWed 2:15 PM

Draft back to Dre: the waistband only shows at the end. Open on it, and drop the on-screen line about toxins until the tagline is confirmed.

  5. DreWed 4:40 PM

Reshot. Waistband in the first second, claim line read off the sheet, paid partnership label on. Back in #drafts.

  6. Report botAppSat 7:20 PM

Dre's seamfree set video passed 100,000 views, all organic. Flat $50 bonus logged; one bonus per creator per month.

  7. NoraSun 9:10 AM

Check before Monday: every live post has the paid label, no minors in frame, and the Komen line matches Boody's wording word for word.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Full day in briefs

    Brief 01

    Full day in briefs

“Full Briefs for a full day. Here's my honest report.”

One take, morning to night, three cuts. Show the waistband at the start and the end. No body check, no mirror pose.

  2. Undershorts under a dress

    Brief 02

    Undershorts under a dress

“Undershorts under a dress: the waistband, up close.”

Handheld close-up of the waistband, then a walk-and-turn in a dress. Natural light, no pulling or pinching the fabric.

  3. Seamfree set first wear

    Brief 03

    Seamfree set first wear

“Seamfree bra and briefs: my first-wear verdict.”

Set on a hanger, then worn under a tee. Adult creator only. Say fit and feel, nothing about bodies.

  4. Lounge Sunday one-take

    Brief 04

    Lounge Sunday one-take

“Lounge Pants and Lounge Tank Top: my whole Sunday.”

Single take at home, both pieces named with prices on screen: $70.00 and $50.00. Daylight, phone upright.

  5. Midi Briefs size talk

    Brief 05

    Midi Briefs size talk

“Midi Briefs at $18.00: how I picked my size.”

Seated talk to camera with the size page open. Say what you chose and why. No before-and-after, no body judgments.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Classic yet simple cut, perfect for everyday wear.”, “Stitched seam at the back gusset reduces friction for a smoother, more comfortable feel.”, “Wide waistband for all-day comfort.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Everyday-basics reviewers

People already reviewing underwear, socks and basics one product at a time. Full Briefs has 10127 reviews, so the audience for plain, honest reviews is there.

  • Bra fit and try-on creators

Creators who explain cup and band sizing for Full Bust, T-Shirt and Plunge bras, the categories Boody's menu already lists.

  • Loungewear and sleep creators

Home-routine voices who fit Lounge Pants, the Lounge Tank Top and the Goodnight Raglan Sleep Top, and who film in one take.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. There is no existing program to inherit, so this roster starts clean and I would ask your team if one exists elsewhere.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Audience fit

Followers who buy basics: underwear, bras, loungewear, not only fashion hauls.

  2. 2Hook quality

Three sample hooks inside the first hour, each one different from the others.

  3. 3Claims discipline

Passes a short quiz on the claims sheet before the first brief goes out.

  4. 4Honest on camera

Talks about fit and feel, not bodies. No history of body-shaming content.

  5. 5Organic proof

Past videos show steady organic views, not one lucky post.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Everyday basics reviewer

Reviews one product at a time and keeps it plain. Good for the print drop.

Likely product: Full Briefs - BCAM Print

  • Bra try-on creator

Compares bra fits honestly, including cup size talk, without body commentary.

Likely product: Wireless Full Bust T-Shirt Bra - BCAM Dark Pink

  • Neutral wardrobe stylist

Builds outfits around soft neutrals and shows what sits under them.

Likely product: Midi Briefs - Chai

  • Loungewear at home

Sunday-at-home outfits filmed in one take, prices on screen.

Likely product: Lounge Pants - Steel Blue

  • Night routine creator

Evening routine videos where sleepwear is the main character.

Likely product: Goodnight Raglan Sleep Top - Mineral Blue

  • Men's drawer upgrade

Unboxes a pack and swaps the old drawer, aimed at men who buy basics.

Likely product: Men's Everyday Boxer Briefs & Socks - Black

Left off, every time

Always out: minors, accounts built on body-shaming or extreme diet talk, creators who make health or medical claims, anyone asked to appear undressed, and anyone who won't use the paid label. Category rule: intimates stay product-first, never sexualised.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • The back seam stops chafing.

The wording is reduces friction, not stops chafing.

  • These are toxin-free or safe for your skin.

A health outcome. Only the brand's own tagline can be used, and only once confirmed.

  • These fix back pain or posture.

A health claim. Nothing in the product wording says it.

  • Better than another underwear brand.

No comparison claims. Nothing on the site supports one.

  • These work as period or leak protection.

No performance wording for those products is on the sheet.

  • Every dollar goes to breast cancer research.

The site says 10% of the retail price of specially marked products, with a guaranteed minimum.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Comfort Without Toxins

This is the brand's tagline. Confirm with your team what it covers before any creator repeats it.

  • Sustainable, soft, and ethically crafted bamboo clothing.

Confirm what creators can show or say to back up ethically crafted.

  • The Komen donation line for creators

Confirm the exact wording and whether creators can name the charity in captions.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators on one product line, such as Full Briefs, proving they can hold a hook.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators who passed the first review and cover briefs, bras and loungewear.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: proven creators who take the hardest briefs, like Full Bust bras and sizing explainers.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is per video: a single video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Only organic views count. Views bought with paid spend never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on any video that broke the claims sheet or the category rules, whatever its views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At ten creators: 303 videos a month, $10,050 cost, $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. To close the gap, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Exit

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

A video earns a look only after it passes 100,000 views organically and kept the claims sheet.

  2. Ask for rights

Get written permission from the creator to use the video as an ad before any spend.

  3. Test it as one ad

Run the video with one variable changed, same claim, same product, and compare cost per 1,000 views.

  4. Scale or kill

Raise spend on the ones that beat the $1 target. Cut the rest early and send the learning back to creators.

Intimates rules for creators

Underwear and bras are personal. These six rules protect the creator, the customer and Boody, and they apply before any bonus is paid.

  • Fit is personal

Talk about fit and feel. Never judge bodies, never use flaw language, never show before-and-after. A size choice is a preference, not a verdict.

  • No health outcome claims

Use only the claims sheet lines. No health outcomes, no performance claims for period or leakproof items, and the tagline stays off until your team confirms it.

  • Product-first framing

Show the product worn and described, never sexualised. No one is asked to appear undressed to make a video work.

  • Adults only

Only adult creators and adult people on camera. No minors anywhere in the frame, in the background or in a reposted clip.

  • Paid label on, every time

Every post carries the paid partnership label and a clear disclosure. A post without it is pulled and earns no bonus.

  • Say the cause exactly

Use Boody's wording: from October 6, 2026 to October 31, 2026, 10% of the retail sales price of specially marked products, minimum $2,500. Never imply the creator donates.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
